Welcome to Thisukostha. These terms regulate your use of our peer-to-peer delivery platform. By using the service, you agree to play fair, act respectfully, and embrace the campus culture.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Thisukostha, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, simply do not use the platform. Our platform is exclusively designed for the students and faculty of SR University.

2. Peer-to-Peer Model

Thisukostha operates primarily as a technology platform that connects students who want food with students willing to deliver it. We do not prepare food, nor do we employ the riders. All deliveries are made by independent student contractors taking on side-hustles.

3. Code of Conduct

You agree to use Thisukostha respectfully. Any form of harassment, unreasonable delays intentionally caused, or theft of food will result in an immediate permanent ban from the platform and potential reporting to campus authorities.

4. Payments and Ecosystem

All delivery fees are strictly determined by the platform to ensure a fair ecosystem. A 100% payout of the delivery fee (excluding minor standard processing charges) goes directly to the student rider.
